Ms. Mirmiran has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation defense law since 1998. She has handled cases-in-chief through closure and has extensive experience with trials, lien negotiations, lien trials, 132a claims, Serious & Willful claims, and contribution matters (arbitration). Her dynamic approach and ability to easily build a rapport with others have resulted in a successful record of expeditious, cost-effective resolution of claims.

She enjoys spending time with her mom and adult children, Alexander and Tara. Her interests include walking, hiking, Peloton cycling, traveling, and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.
