Mr. Robbins is the managing partner in the San Diego office, and a Veteran of the United States Army. He attended University of California, Santa Barbara and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, thereafter he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
