Mr. Wilkins graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco attaining a Juris Doctorate Degree there while attending evening law school, graduating with honors. While attending law school, Dale worked a full-time job during the day and raised an 8-year old son, Bryan, as a single father following the unexpected passing of his spouse, and Bryan’s mother. Bryan is now 35 years old and has blossomed into a very successful husband to Laura, and an account manager in Northern California. Prior to attending law school, Dale attained his undergraduate degree in the form of a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO), again with honors. Dale began his post-university work career by becoming a National Park Service Ranger following graduation from Cal Poly SLO, and worked in multiple national parks throughout the United States as well as with the California State Park system. Born in Santa Monica and raised in Northern California from age 3, Dale is a very proud third-generation native Californian and attended Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton, he is an avid basketball fan, having participated in athletics as a basketball player at Cal Poly SLO and in high school, and is a huge fan of all Northern California professional teams including the Warriors, Giants, and 49ers. In his leisure time, Dale enjoys all active outdoor sports including bicycling, boating, skiing, and especially enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and spending quality time at the beach with his “better half,” Debbie. Dale is a deep admirer of the recently passed former Justice of the US Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and his favorite quote is this one from Justice Ginsburg:
